2. Location commitments

Provider-specific locations are stated above. Job Space does not make a country-specific residency commitment unless a signed Order expressly states one.

3. Downstream providers

A listed provider may use its own subprocessors under the provider’s data-protection terms. Microsoft maintains its current Microsoft Online Services Subprocessor List. Those companies are downstream providers, not separate vendors directly selected by Job Space.

4. Changes and objections

Job Space will give the Customer account administrator at least 30 days’ advance notice before authorizing a new Subprocessor to process Customer Personal Data. Customer may object during that period on reasonable, documented data-protection grounds. The resolution and termination process in Section 7 of the DPA applies. A provider is added to this list only after Job Space confirms the service, data flow, written protections, and business purpose.

5. Customer-selected services

A mapping, payment, mobile, support, or other integration selected and controlled by Customer is not a Job Space Subprocessor merely because Job Space connects to it at Customer’s direction. The provider’s terms and Customer’s instructions govern that service. If Job Space later selects such a provider to process Customer Personal Data on Job Space’s behalf, Job Space will add it to this list before that processing begins, subject to the DPA.

6. Contact

Questions or objections about a Subprocessor may be sent to privacy@jobspace.com or Job Space LLC at 1048 Irvine Ave #582, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
