We receive information directly from users and customers, from devices and use of the service, from Microsoft identity services, from service providers, and from integrations a customer enables. Microsoft verifies Email OTP sign-ins; Job Space does not receive the one-time passcode entered with Microsoft. Users may also sign in with a Google or Apple account through Microsoft Entra External ID. Google or Apple then verifies the sign-in under its own privacy terms, and Job Space receives only the resulting account identifiers, name, email address, and sign-in result, never the account password.

- Authenticate users and enforce organization and permission boundaries.
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve requested product features.
- Administer subscriptions, transactions, and customer support.

Marketing communications. With your consent, Job Space may send you product and service updates by email and text message, and Job Space personnel may contact you by telephone regarding Job Space. Marketing communications are distinct from the account, security, and service communications described in this Notice and in the Messaging Terms, and withdrawing consent to marketing communications does not affect those communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by replying STOP to any marketing text, by informing the caller, through the privacy request form, or by emailing privacy@jobspace.com. Job Space will honor withdrawal requests within 10 business days.
5. How we disclose information
We disclose only what is reasonably needed to the following recipients:
- Service providers that support identity, hosting, databases, storage, security, logging, communications, mapping, and support.
- Microsoft for identity and the Azure services used to operate Job Space.
- Customer-selected services when an authorized user enables an integration or directs a disclosure.
- Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, address a claim, comply with law, or respond to lawful process.
- Transaction participants in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Providers that process personal information in customer records on Job Space’s behalf are identified on the subprocessor list.
When the corresponding feature is enabled, Job Space uses Twilio for conversations and text messaging; Twilio receives participant identifiers, telephone numbers, message and attachment content, delivery and suppression records, and routing metadata. Twilio may process certain communications-usage information as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. Mapping and geocoding features may send address or place queries, coordinates, IP address, and browser or device interaction data to Microsoft Azure Maps and Google Maps Platform. Google processes that information under its own privacy terms.
Mobile telephone numbers and consent collected for text messaging are used only to deliver the messages described in the Messaging Terms. They are not sold, and they are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Payments are processed by Spreedly and Stripe. Card details entered into Spreedly’s hosted payment form go directly to Spreedly for tokenization and are routed to Stripe for processing; Spreedly and Stripe receive cardholder name, billing address, payment credentials, and transaction amount and status. Job Space uses Mailchimp to deliver its own marketing emails and marketing texts; Mailchimp receives name, email address, company, mobile telephone number for recipients who consent to marketing texts, and communication-preference information.
Job Space does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising. Job Space has not done so during the preceding 12 months. During that period, Job Space disclosed the categories described in section 3 for the business purposes and to the recipients stated with each category.
6. Cookies and local storage
Job Space uses essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, session continuity, and preferences such as theme selection. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral-advertising trackers.
Marketing emails sent through Mailchimp contain a tracking pixel and tracked links that record whether an email is opened and which links are clicked. Job Space uses this information only to measure and improve its marketing communications. Recipients may prevent open tracking by disabling images in their email client, and tracking ends when they unsubscribe.
Job Space does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because Job Space does not track users across third-party websites over time. Mapping features load Google Maps Platform, and Google may collect information about that use as described in section 5.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, the customer relationship, and legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and dispute requirements. When a customer deletes data through available tools in the system, the deleted customer data may remain in active recovery systems for up to 30 days and is then deleted from active systems. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until overwritten through the ordinary backup cycle. We may retain limited records longer where required or permitted by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. Security
Job Space uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, environment separation, logging, and monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report a suspected account or security issue to support@jobspace.com.
9. Privacy requests
You may ask to review the personal information Job Space maintains about you and to request changes to it. Job Space does not sell or share your personal information. Nevada residents may submit a request directing Job Space not to sell covered information that Job Space has collected or will collect about them.
Submit a request through the privacy request form or by email to privacy@jobspace.com. A request concerning records controlled by a subscribing organization may need to be directed to that organization. We verify identity or an agent’s authority only when appropriate for the request.
Further, California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits our California users to request information about what categories of Personal Information was disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the previous twelve (12) months, and to whom the information was disclosed. Job Space does not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
10. Age requirement
Job Space accounts may be used only by people 18 or older. Customers are responsible for ensuring that personal information they enter about other people is collected and used lawfully. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of those under 18 years old. We do not have actual knowledge that we have collected the Personal Information of anyone under the age of 18. If you are aware that anyone under the age of 18 has provided us with their Personal Information, please alert us promptly and we will take steps to delete that Personal Information.
11. Changes and contact
We will review this Privacy Notice on an annual basis and may update this Notice as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Notice and revise the date above, and we will provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Questions may be sent to Job Space LLC at privacy@jobspace.com, or by mail to Job Space LLC at 1048 Irvine Ave #582, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
