Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or unrelated personal information.

Notice at collection

Job Space collects the identifiers, contact details, request selections, and optional context submitted here to locate records, verify authority when required, respond, prevent fraud, and document compliance. Connection metadata is used temporarily for security and abuse prevention. We do not sell or share this information. Working verification material is removed when no longer needed; the minimum request and response record is kept for 24 months after case closure and longer only under an approved legal hold. Request received

Your case number is . Save it for your records.

We will contact you at the email you provided if verification or more information is needed. A request does not require a new Job Space account.

2. Before you submit

Job Space uses information already on file first and asks only for what is reasonably necessary to verify a request. Requests use no more authentication than applicable law permits. Access, correction, and deletion may require you to sign in again or confirm information through a secure follow-up.

Do not send identity documents by email. An authorized agent may submit a request; Job Space may verify the agent’s authority and confirm permission with the person, unless applicable law provides another method.

3. What happens next

  1. Job Space immediately records the receipt time and provides a case number.
  2. Job Space verifies the requester only when the request requires verification.
  3. Job Space identifies applicable systems and the subscribing organization that may control business records.
  4. Job Space completes the request or explains any lawful exception.
  5. Access results are delivered through a secure method, not as an ordinary email attachment.

A request is not automatically granted. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, contractual, accounting, or audit purposes. Business records may be controlled by the subscribing organization, in which case Job Space may direct the request to that organization or assist it as a service provider.

4. Timing

Job Space offers the form to everyone. Particular legal rights and exceptions depend on the person, data, relationship, and applicable law.

Nevada sale opt-outs are answered no later than 60 days when Nevada’s online privacy law applies.
