SMS Consent and Opt-In Process

Overview
Job Space, LLC uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers regarding HVAC services. These messages are transactional and informational in nature and are only sent in relation to services requested by the customer.
We obtain prior express consent before sending any SMS messages and maintain records of that consent.
Opt-In Process
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages through the following process:
- A customer provides their mobile phone number during a service interaction (e.g., scheduling an appointment, requesting service, or account setup).
- The customer receives a one-time opt-in request message.

- Message and data rates may apply disclosure
- Opt-out and help instructions
- The customer must reply with YES or Y to provide consent.
- No SMS messages are sent unless the customer has explicitly opted in.

Confirmation Message (Post Opt-In)
After a customer opts in, they receive a confirmation message:
You are subscribed to messages from [Company Name] for service updates and notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Types of Messages Sent
After opt-in, customers may receive:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Technician arrival notifications
- Service-related follow-ups
- Billing and invoice notifications
No promotional or marketing messages are sent.
Opt-Out Instructions
Customers may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP - to unsubscribe
After opting out, the customer will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless they opt in again.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer interactions and service activity.
Fees and Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier and plan.
Data Collection and Privacy
Customer phone numbers and consent records are collected and stored securely and are used solely for service-related communications.
Customer data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Record of Consent
Job Space, LLC maintains records of customer opt-in, including:
- The phone number opted in
- Date and time of consent
- Copy of the opt-in message and customer response
This information is retained as proof of consent in compliance with messaging regulations.
